Requirements: WM5-6.5, .NET CF 2.0, Joystick feature works only for Samsung Omnia i900 and HTC devices with GSensor (Diamond, Touch Pro, Touch HD)
Overview: GRemote Pro can be used to control your PC using the PDA, and works as mouse, keyboard, analogue joystick, you can use it as PC remotecontroller.

The main difference in Pro version is that you can reconfigure everything. You can edit skin, add new applets and buttons, you can assign new function for buttons!!!

Every button can be assigned to function like:

* Change display settings (resolution, refresh rate, colour depth)

کمتر کسی است که نداند، شنا رفتن چیست! شنا رفتن یک فعالیت ورزشی ساده و بدون خرج برای که عمدتا باعث تقویت عضلات سینه و سه سر بازو می‌شود ولی در کنار آن به صورت فرعی تعدادی از عضلات دیگر بدن را هم تقویت می‌کند.

شنا رفتن به شیوه‌های مختلفی انجام می‌شود، شیوه اصلی شنا رفتن این است که شما باید به شکم بخواید، دست‌ها را به اندازه عرض شانه‌هایتان باز کنید، بدنتان را صاف بگیرید و بعد بدنتان را با کمک بازوها و خم راست کردن دست‌ها از ناحیه آرنج بالا و پایین ببرید. در حین شنا رفتن نباید از عضلات شکم، باسن و نیمه تحتانی بدنتان کمک بگیرید.

هر شخص بنا به آمادگی بدنی، به تعداد مختلفی می‌تواند شنا برود، بعضی‌ها به زور ۱۰ باز شنا می‌روند، بعضی‌ها خیلی راحت ۳۰ -۲۰ بار شنا می‌روند، بعضی‌ها هم خیلی آماده هستند و می‌توانند با ۱۰۰ بار شنا رفتن، آمادگی بدنی خود را به رخ بکشند.

اما سایت جالب hundred pushups ادعا می‌کند که هر کسی با هر مقدار آمادگی بدنی می‌تواند با یک برنامه‌ریزی درست، ظرف ۶ هفته، ۱۰۰ بار شنا برود! شما اگر رکورد ۱۰ بار شنا رفتن و حتی کمتر از آن را هم داشته باشید، با رفتن به این سایت و پیروی کردن برنامه‌های آن می‌توانید، در عرض یک ماه و نیم به آمادگی بدنی قابل توجهی برسید.
